It’s been said around here that today’s “big data” is tomorrow’s normal data, and it shouldn’t take a Data Scientist to make it useful. Zoomdata enables us all to explore and gain insights from an array of data sources, visualizing billions of records in the blink of an eye. We turn data into knowledge, and we do it with an evolving, real time perspective.
We’re looking for software engineers who love to apply their CS and math expertise to the world of client-side JavaScript frameworks. Zoomdata’s JavaScript client is the heart of our flagship web application, and is used by our customers and partners to build their own data-driven applications. It routes streaming data to our beautiful, real-time visualizations, and exposes our WebSocket query API to clients.
We’re looking for JavaScript experts experienced with NodeJS, TypeScript, ECMAScript 6 (ES6), functional programming, high-performance stream processing - and of course unit testing and automated performance testing! Although a degree in computer science is highly recommended, we hire people with math and other kinds of engineering degrees, too. If you know your data structures and algorithms, and have a passion for high quality and pushing limits, you’ll fit right in here!
